Official Rules for 382 Communications Voice Termination Traffic Sweepstakes

These Official Rules govern the 382 Communications Voice Termination Traffic Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by 382 Communications, located at 1017 Turnpike St, Suite 33, Canton, MA 02021 (the "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as household members of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 2, 2025, at 9:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on October 2, 2025, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, attendees at the VapiCon in California must complete the online entry form by signing up for a free product demo provided by the Sponsor during the Entry Period. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without signing up for a demo, send a postcard with your name, address, phone number, and email address to 382 Communications, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry, 1017 Turnpike St, Suite 33, Canton, MA 02021, postmarked during the Entry Period and received by October 10, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per postcard.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive 1,000,000 minutes of voice termination traffic services in the United States, provided by the Sponsor, with an approximate maximum retail value of $5,000 USD (the "Prize"). The actual value may vary based on usage and market rates, but will not exceed $5,000 USD. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative or substitution will be provided, except by the Sponsor in its sole discretion due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The Prize must be redeemed within [Time Period, e.g., six (6) months] of notification, subject to the Sponsor's standard terms of service for such traffic. Any unused portion of the Prize will be forfeited.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted by the Sponsor or its designee on or about October 6, 2025. The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) publicity release within seven (7) days of request. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Taxes and Expenses

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize, including any reporting requirements. If the Prize value exceeds $600 USD, the winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy, available at [Link to Privacy Policy]. By entering, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for Sweepstakes administration and related purposes.

12. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

13. Winners List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 382 Communications, Attn: Sweepstakes Winners List, 1017 Turnpike St, Suite 33, Canton, MA 02021, within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
